Tom, a previous Splashes customer, had approached us again when he decided to build his new family home. Tom was so impressed with the quality of his first spa (spa model), and the experience that came with it, that he had no hesitation in returning to us to fit out his new home with a brand new spa.
The process began when Tom reached out, informing us that he was building a new property. Initially, Tom had completed some of his own research and chosen a larger spa for his new backyard space. After a consultation with the client, where we discussed his goals, size of his backyard, and unique requirements, we advised Tom that his initial spa selection wouldn’t be suitable. We then helped redirect him to a spa model that would be perfect for his outdoor space, as well as suiting both his needs and budget.
With our guidance, Tom had agreed on fitting out his new home with one of our most popular spa models, the Hawaiian Hydro. Because of his wonderful experience with one of our previous models, Tom insisted on upgrading his spa to the platinum model. The platinum model offers a range of upgraded features, such as a backlit waterfall, 4.3 inch touch display, heated air blower for extra bubbles, and 30 led lights, enhancing the overall spa experience, making it the perfect addition to Tom’s home.
As Tom’s backyard was not ready for the installation, we offered to store Tom’s spa in our warehouse, waiting for the build of his new home to commence.
Prior to installation, our team liaised with the builders of the home, to schedule a delivery and installation date that worked in with their progress. The goal of the project was to have Tom’s spa installed and ready for use, for when he and his family moved into their new home.
A few days prior to installation the backyard was prepped, and access to the site was assessed, to ensure smooth delivery of the spa. On the day of installation, our team arrived on time, dropped the spa into position, and quickly had the spa installed into Tom’s backyard. We then gave Tom a full rundown of how to use and operate his new spa, as well as answered any questions he had.
We gave Tom access to both a maintenance guide and tutorial videos on our website, to maintain his spa ongoing. Tom was thrilled with the final outcome, and has since been enjoying his new spa with his family and friends.
