Splashes Spa World aims to review your Warranty and Support Request within 7 business days. Please ensure you upload requested photos to help our support team including serial plate attached on the outside of the spa.
If you claim has been APPROVED we will then proceed to resolve your Warranty and Support request within a timely manner. There are many factors which are outside of our control which will cause delays in finding a suitable resolution.
Replacement Parts are provided by the relevant supplier and may or may not be located locally.
Warranty in accordance with our Terms and Conditions will cover onsite labour charges for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery or collection. Onsite Labour warranty is only covered if you are within our service zone. We allow up to 50km from our Store Location. If you are outside of this zone, then Travel Charges may apply. This will be quoted directly by the Technician prior to your job commencing. If you are located in a remote location and/or a technician is not available in your area, then parts only warranty will be offered in accordance with our Warranty.
