We purchased our SPA from Steve at Splashes in Sydney several months ago now.  Steve was excellent from the very beginning.  The entire process of purchasing the spa from picking the model to delivery and installation was awesome.  Steve personally delivered the spa to Coffs Harbour and waited for the electrical work and spa to be filled before giving a personal training session of the spa and all its features.  Since it’s install we have had zero issues and our family has had hours of enjoyment.  I have recommended Steve to friends and would recommend Steve at Splashes to anyone looking for a great Spa and awesome after sales support.

My name is Jason McGregor and I wanted to give you some feedback on a recent spa that we purchased from Sylvania. We have had the spa for about 2 weeks now and it is fantastic, Rick at Sylvania was fantastic he certainly knows his stuff and was more than happy to explain things to my wife and I on how the spa worked and all of it benefits. The spa arrived when he said it would which is very refreshing, the delivery driver Mick is also very good and got the spa into position with his offsider with a minimum of fuss, he also arrived when he said he would. I’m in a service business and what we experienced from both Rick & Mick along with Splashes is certainly a credit to you. All in all the experience we have had with Splashes is exemplary and I will certainly be recommending you guys to the people that I know.

Hi Michele, I just wanted to write to provide feedback about the experience that we have had in purchasing our spa from Splashes. Jo and I had been considering an in ground pool for a while and had spoken about the option of a spa, but we never really looked into it properly. We have two girls who are grown up and at uni and a 12 year old son, so we wanted to create a destination that suited each of them and also us. Beyond that we were just not sure what we wanted. Then at the end of January we went to Flower Power at Glenhaven to buy a plant, and while we were there we thought we would check out the great spa display. There were a lot of choices, but when we saw the Oasis Islander, we could see that this could be a good option for our family.
